Fair Court Rotation for Social Sessions
Court Rotation & Queue Manager helps the host of a social badminton, tennis, padel or pickleball session decide who plays next. List the players (or paste the WhatsApp sign-up message), tick them in as they arrive, and every time a court frees up the tool suggests the next group: fewest games first, then whoever has waited longest. You stay in control β swap anyone, pick by hand, line up the next group to warm up while a court is still playing, and nothing starts until you press Start. Late arrivals join the rotation fairly instead of playing several games in a row, and optional Mixed / Men / Women modes and level-aware suggestions help build good games. Everything is saved only in your browser, so export a backup now and then.
How to Use
- Start a session: choose the sport, singles or doubles, and how many courts you have.
- Add players one by one or paste your WhatsApp sign-up list, then tap Arrived as each player gets to the court.
- On a free court, tap Suggest next (or pick manually), check the line-up and press Start.
- While a court is playing, use Up next to call the next group to warm up.
- Press Finish when a game ends β game counts and waiting times update automatically.
FAQ
- How does the tool decide who plays next?
- Players with the fewest games go first. Among players with the same number of games, whoever has waited longest goes first. Rest time does not count as waiting, and late arrivals start at the lowest game count of the players already there, so they join the rotation instead of playing several games back to back.
- Can I still choose the players myself?
- Yes. A suggestion only fills a preview. You can swap any player, pick the whole group by hand, or edit a match that has already started. If your choice skips someone with fewer games, the court shows a gentle warning, but it never blocks you.
- Can I paste the list from WhatsApp?
- Yes. Paste the whole sign-up message: numbered lines like "1. Wisnu" are picked up, empty slots and the rest of the message are ignored, and you can untick any name before adding.
- Where is my data stored?
- Only in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data or switching phones erases it, so use Export backup to save a file you can import later.
